He has leadership experience in top electrical manufacturing organisation across electrification, automation & battery systems.

Sharad's deep expertise in HV/MV systems, transformers, grid infrastructure & energy storage (Li-ion, Lead-acid, Hydrogen) has allowed him to lead large-scale enterprise projects across utilities, industrial & infrastructure sectors.
